- Christian Counseling
Where Faith Meets Healing
When we are hurting God doesn’t look at us with disappointment. He leans in with kindness.
- But maybe that’s not how it feels right now?
- Maybe your faith feels fragile, or confusing, or tangled in shame.
- You’re not alone. And you don’t have to carry this alone.
Shame Free Zone
Christian counseling isn’t about religious performance. It’s not about checking boxes, quoting verses, or pretending to be “strong enough.”
- It’s about creating space for you to be heard and met where you are > gently, honestly, and only if desired.
- Some clients come in with deep, secure faith. Others come in with questions, doubts, or even wounds from religion itself. Both are welcome here.
- In counseling, we can integrate Christian principles in a way that strengthens you, not pressures you. Guilt and shame are never a tool for healing. I’ve yet to see fear, shame, and judgment lead to freedom.
How Faith Integration Works Here
- I want you to feel safe and secure. Faith integration is optional and up to you.
- No pressure. I won’t push my beliefs or expect faith to replace the real work of counseling.
- Grace over guilt. God meets us with kindness, not shame.
- Practical + spiritual. Whether it’s managing addiction, navigating trauma, or working through doubt, counseling blends evidence-based care with spiritual truth, at your pace.
What I Believe
- I believe in Jesus. I believe in His kindness, His forgiveness, and His ability to make all things new.
- But I also believe counseling has to honor you > your story, your pace, and your questions.
- My role is to help you discover the freedom, peace, and transformation that God’s grace makes possible.
The Invitation
If you’ve been wrestling with your faith, wondering how God fits into the pain you’re carrying, or you just want counseling from a similar worldview, I’ve got your back. Counseling can be the bridge between your deepest questions and the healing you long for.
Whenever you feel ready, I’ll be here.CTA
What Faith Integration Looks Like
Faith in counseling is never forced. It’s offered. When you choose to integrate it, here’s what it can look like:
- Exploring how God’s kindness—not shame—can fuel change.
- Praying together in session if you’d like.
- Inviting Scripture or biblical truth into conversations about identity, purpose, or hope.
- Processing faith-related wounds or doubts without fear of judgment.
- Discovering how forgiveness, grace, and spiritual practices can strengthen sobriety, resilience, and healing.
Each key is different, because each story is different.
